As mentioned before, Media Converter is an online application that converts media files from one format to another. It can convert uploaded media into different types, such as for iPod and PSP, and can convert YouTube videos. In addition, mediaconverter.org offers a downloadable version of its sleek software. This is all free!

Temporary Inbox is quite different. It is a spam-fighting, disposable email address creator that can make a temporary email inbox. It allows users to avoid spam that can occur from forced email submissions, forward emails to your real account and control what is received, and of course many other unmentioned usages. Again, it is all free!

Media Pirate is a bit similar to Media Converter. It allows users to retrieve video files from many different internet web addresses. By going to mediapirate.org, you can enter the url in which a video is located at. During the processing, mediapirate.org finds the source of the video file and then presents it for you to download. In addition, Media Pirate is featured as a Firefox extension. This is quite useful for those who uses Firefox. Once again, it’s free.
