esnips.com is a great web 2.0 site in which countless musical, video, and other media files are hosted at for free. Basically, users upload their favorite songs, videos, pictures, etc and share them with other users. Because the content on esnips is uploaded by users, all types of media exists. Therefore, you can usually find the song you want. It does not offer direct downloading; however, there are plenty of Firefox extensions that rips songs from sites and offer them as downloads. <–However, I do not know the legalities of such actions! Enjoy this site because it’s one of the few good ones where you can actually find the music or media file you want, even the most rare pieces of music.
